These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of OWNLAND (the “App”), provided by Weekshot Sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
OWNLAND is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You may use the App only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
You must not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use automated or other means to manipulate the App, advertising, rewards, scores, or gameplay.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove features, content, game rules, rewards, or other parts of the App over time.
We may also suspend or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, content, or service will always remain available.
Game Progress and Scores
Game progress, scores, rewards, and other in-game elements have no monetary value and do not represent real-world property or ownership.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App.
Game data may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups available to you.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may contain advertising and may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics, consent management, or other technical functionality.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, game content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Weekshot Sp. z o.o. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App or its content except where permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weekshot Sp. z o.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy
Our handling of information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, our services, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with its last updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
